B-COMPETENT: Train-the-Trainers workshop in Montenegro

B-COMPETENT launched its second Train-the-Trainers on human rights of foreign prisoners in Montenegro

 

The face-to-face workshop, held at Spuž prison and led by Milan Radović, Human Rights Expert and Member of the National Preventive Mechanism (NPM), addressed country-specific issues from an international perspective, focusing on best practices exchange and case studies. Participants have been actively involved through discussion panels and Q&A sessions.

Presentation of B-COMPETENT project - Building capacities of prison civilian front-line staff through the acquisition of specific skills and competencies related to human rights protection, with a special focus on foreign inmates.

11:00-11:30: Presentation of participants
11:30-13:00: Capacity building for prison staff about treatment and rights of foreign prisoners in Montenegro with special focus on domestic and international standards
